Theme Diners and Gala Evenings

To make your evening or events as memorable as possible and to enjoy the unique royal Rajasthan experience we have started theme dinners and lunches with traditional music, songs and dances to taste a little of the local cultures as well as the days of royal india.

A grand royal evening that takes you back to the days of The Maharajas.

Some unique features of the grand gala evenings are as below

  • Upon arrival, sip your welcome drink and absorb the beauty of this magnificent building. You are greeted with traditional arti, garlanding and tika by liveried retainers, song and dance.
  • Multicuisine menu with traditional rajasthani food (serve in traditional style)
  • Rajasthani folk music and dances.
  • Meena bazar (traditional market) which displays Rajasthani items like bangles, textiles, heena tattos, puppets shows with snake charmers, astrologer etc.
  • Bar-be-que

Celebrations

Anniversaries, birthdays, weddings & other parties can be celebrated in style. A traditional Hindu wedding which is known for romance and tradition can also be organised with the bride and groom dressed in full regalia accompanied by a procession led by elephants, horses and camels. The wedding vows may take place at the hotels grounds and officiated by a pundit (priest).

Bisalpur
By road 5km from Jodhpur, 35 kms from Jodhpur, on the Jodhpur - Jaipur highway, built for Maharajadhiraj Sir Ajit Singh ji is a village court, where you can mix around with the village folk in a truly rustic ambience.

The hotel organises exciting jeap/camel, Desert Safaris, where the spirit becomes one with the vast expanse of the desert sands.

Situated at the edge of the Thar desert, Jodhpur, the second largest city in Rajasthan after Jaipur, is a 500 year old princely settlement.

It is known for its impressive fortified bastions and is spotted with beautiful palaces. The princely settlements of Jaisalmer and Bikaner form the other two ends of the desert triangle.

How to get there
By Air: Jodhpur is well connected with Mumbai, Delhi, Jaipur, Udaipur, and Jaisalmer. The
air port is 5 kms from the city.

By Rail: It is linked to various regions by express and passenger trains. New Delhi, Agra, Jaisalmer, Jaipur, Udaipur and Ahmedabad are few important links.

By Road: Jodhpur is well connected by luxury and deluxe coaches.

Places to see in Jodhpur
Mehrangarh Fort
Built by Rao Jodha, this 15th century fort is perched atop a rocky hill 400 feet above the city. It is amongst the largest forts in India and unsurpassed for its grandeur, elegance and detail. It also houses the historical museum.

Umaid Bhawan Palace
It casts a spell on its visitors with its gigantic sandstone facade and royal splendour.

Jaswant Thada
An architectural masterpiece - the cenotaph of the Late Maharaja Jaswant Singh.

Old City & Clock Tower
It still has the charm of bygone era with well adorned shops where you can strike a bargain.
